Hi everyone! My name is Giulia, I am an Italian yoga student and teacher. I started practicing yoga around 5 years ago in a studio in Rome, At the beginning I was just taking 2 to 3 asana classes per week, I continued practicing occasionally also when I moved to Slovakia, until I decided to take my 200 hrs TTC in 2019.

Through the years my personal practice changed a lot. I started by focusing only on asana practice, and then I shifted to meditation, bandas and pranayama, mantras and so on.

With time I finally created a daily personal practice and let me tell you that this space I created for myself allowed me to be more productive during my days, more stable with my mood swings, and overall more happy and self aware.

Here I want to share with you swhat I learned in the hope of guiding you in discovering a deeper "you" through your body, mind, and heart.
