Arianna & Patrick will guide you in a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body.
A sound bath is the ideal remedy after a day of traveling and a busy week to ground you, center you and to allow you to begin to receive.
During the crystal alchemy sound bath, sound waves, their vibrations and their beautiful tones will gently wash over your body and will embrace you like a warm, loving hug.
This ritual will help you to feel more grounded, relaxed and will allow your body and nervous system to receive and to restore.
Five unique crystal alchemy singing bowls and a 432 Hz tuned Handpan will take you to a new universe. During the sound bath you will receive an eye mask with lemon essential oil, so that you can rest your eyes and be completely immersed in the journey. Studies have found that using lemon oil in aromatherapy can help to improve your mood and give you more control over feelings of stress and anxiety.
