The Full Moon in Virgo supports clarity, purification, and conscious release. Virgo energy is closely connected to healing, self reflection, and mindful alignment of body, mind, and soul. Under this lunar energy, we are invited to let go of what no longer serves us, restore inner order, and reconnect with what truly nourishes us on a deeper level.

🌀 Workshop Structure

Creating Space for the NewWe begin by consciously opening the space and setting an intention for release. Old energies, emotions, and tensions are invited to soften and dissolve, creating room for clarity and renewal.

Body Yoga NidraA guided Yoga Nidra practice brings the nervous system into deep relaxation. This grounding phase reconnects you with the body and prepares it to receive healing and integration.

Mind Let Go ProcessAwareness gently shifts to the mind. Through guided release, mental patterns quiet down, resistance softens, and inner clarity can naturally emerge.

Soul Reiki and Meditation
The workshop closes with a short Reiki treatment and a guided meditation. This final phase supports soulful connection, energetic alignment, and gentle integration of the Full Moon energy.
