With your eyes closed and masked, the experience deepens, allowing the mind to settle and the vibrations to be felt more fully, guiding you into a state of profound calm and inner stillness.

Lauren brings her energy and light to you as a yoga teacher, ceremonialist, sound alchemist and plant-based chef through intimate gatherings and retreats. Originally from the US and based in Nuremberg, she weaves inspiration and special touches from her frequent travels into her offerings.
