For this full moon under the influence of the tidal pillar Yin Metal Snake, according to Dao philosophy, Jade will guide a ceremonial tea meditation, visualisation journey and journaling practice.
We will enter the ritual with a grounding breathing practice, followed by the ceremonial preparation and serving of three cups of tea in silence.
The ritual will be supported by a guided visualisation, journaling prompts and a moment to reflect and share our experience.

Jade is the founder of WAOTEA, the author of the book "Tea, Remembering the Essence of Life", and a facilitator of meditative, and creative experiences.
Through the language of tea, nature, and the healing arts — Jade is supporting her community navigating life’s transitions ; living, creating, dying, transforming and healing.
She has been sourcing her own tea for her community since 2010 – in China, Malaysia, Thailand & Japan, where she has spent time studying and exploring the way of tea.
Jade offers online courses, 1:1 mentoring spaces, retreats and immersions – focusing on the healing potential of tea, meditation, dao astrology, archetypal philosophy, qi gong, creativity and community.
