During this full moon in Virgo Arianna & Patrick will gently guide you through a journey of sound & silence.

We will share with you a very special tea from China in a ceremonial way. With each cup you will be invited to embrace stillness and a feeling of connection with the deepest part of yourself and with everything around you, experiencing tea as gateway to remember the essential connection between human and nature.

We will start in silence, tuning in to our senses, coming back to the present moment. Just like light cannot exist without darkness or matter without space, sound cannot exist without silence. Silence is the blue sky within which all sound-clouds move. 

From this state of inner peace you will be guided through a sound healing journey with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Handpan to restore your nervous system and taking you deeper into relaxation.

When we allow music to arise out of the inner silence, it carries a different quality. This is music that does not try to override silence but emerges from it. In this space, the contained and the container are interlaced in a harmonious play where sound eventually disappears back into the space from where it came, making silence more tangible, within and without. 

In this state we can perceive all sounds as floating in an ever-present silence.

Arianna Piazzi is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Ceremonialist & Health Coach, certified by the New York Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She combines yang yoga flows with traditional chinese medicine and yin spiritual practices like sound baths, cacao and tea ceremonies. Her aim is to get you out of the busy daily life to rediscover joy, inspiration, creativity, lightness and pleasure, offering you an invitation to slow down and tune in to your senses.
