Every month the energy of the full moon brings us the opportunity to release emotions, experiences, behavior and thought patterns, and outdated beliefs.

We are excited to offer a series of sacred gatherings, where we create a safe space to connect with each other, meet like-minded people to reflect, cleanse and manifest your intention each month.

Together, we harness the energies of the moon to illuminate all areas of your life through different rituals and ceremonies.

CACAO & SOUND JOURNEY

You can expect a self-care ritual and experience to open the heart, tune into the inner voice, and relax and surrender to sound and its vibrations. In this 2-hour transformational workshop, Arianna (Yoga Teacher, Sound Alchemist & Ceremonialist) will explain the history behind cacao and sound and allow you to experience the combination of these 2 powerful tools in a special ceremony designed to set intention and create space within the body to receive, relax and restore.

We will start with a cup of ceremonial cacao that will help you shifting into the heart space and awakening your creative fire.

Chemically speaking, chocolate really is the best food in the world. With more than 300 chemical compounds, cacao, also called food of the gods, is one of the most complex and pleasantly satisfying foods on the planet. Cacao helps you connect to your heart, allowing you to slow down, to be present in body and mind, to enjoy the moment letting the spirit of cacao guide you on your inner journey. Cacao ceremonies have been used since ancient times in Mayan Tradition to re-connect the people with nature, with their insights, and with everything that surrounds them.

After that, Arianna will guide you into a sound journey - a listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Sound can help us disconnect, unplug and find balance and harmony.

Arianna Piazzi is a Yoga Teacher and Health Coach, certified by the New York Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She combines yang yoga flows with traditional chinese medicine and yin spiritual practices like sound baths and cacao ceremonies. Her aim is to get you out of the busy daily life to rediscover joy, inspiration, creativity, lightness and pleasure, offering you an invitation to slow down and tune in to your senses.
