Arianna Piazzi & Teresa Theiner are both Yoga Teachers passionate of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism and Women’s Health. Arianna, Yoga Teacher & Studio Manager of arise Body & Mind, is also Health Coach, Ceremonialist & Sound Healer, lifelong student and practitioner of Shiatsu & Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her aim is to get you out of the busy life to rediscover joy, inspiration, creativity, lightness and pleasure, offering you an invitation to slow down and tune into your senses - shifting from the head space into the heart space. Through her offerings she wants to bring back the sacred into daily life by helping you to remember that life is a ceremony and the altar is you. Different Trainings in Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Sound Healing as well as Travels and Experiences with Taoism, Chan Buddhism and Shamanism gave her an alchemy healing approach that bring together ancient traditions with modern wellness. Teresa, Yoga & Meditation Teacher & Owner of Atma Yoga is drawn to the true wisdom of the body, the cycles of nature, and the interplay of movement and stillness. Rooted in philosophy, Taoism, and somatics, she explores how these traditions meet in practice. She trained with Bex Tyrer & Zoe Nash in women's health through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, yin yoga, and women's circles—deepening her focus on empowering women. Her journey through Southeast Asia and South America shaped her approach, weaving embodied practices into her teachings. Teresa creates a space for deep listening, self-inquiry, and connection—guiding you to slow down, feel, and move with intention.
