You’ll drift into the calming sounds and vibrations of 528 Hz while a warming, subtly scented eye mask melts away tension and both quiets and invigorates the senses. With your eyes closed and masked, the experience deepens, allowing the mind to settle and the vibrations to be felt more fully, guiding you into a state of profound calm and inner stillness.

Lauren brings her energy and light to you as a yoga teacher, ceremonialist, sound alchemist and plant-based chef through intimate gatherings and retreats. Originally from the US and based in Nuremberg, she weaves inspiration and special touches from her frequent travels into her offerings. At the core of her offerings is the desire to help you spark something inside of yourself through her creation of experiences that enable you to release, transform and turn over a new leaf. Through ritual and ceremony, she gently helps to guide you back to yourself, to connect with your heart, your intuition and your deepest truth.
