Questo workshop è un viaggio alla scoperta nel mondo dei Chakra, i centri energetici del nostro corpo che controllano la circolazione del prana nel nostro organismo.

Ogni chakra è legato ad una specifica parte del nostro cervello e del nostro corpo, regolando stato mentale, emotivo e fisico. Ognuno di loro è come se fosse un interruttore che accende modelli di comportamento, pensiero o reazioni emotive di cui possiamo anche essere inconsapevoli nella nostra vita quotidiana.

Ogni chakra porta dentro di sé molte potenzialità che possiamo risvegliare ed utilizzare per vivere la vita in modo più completo. Attivare e riequilibrare i chakra ci permette di portare le caratteristiche intrinseche del chakra stesso nella nostra vita, creando equilibrio, benessere e pace.

Concentrarsi sui chakra mentre si eseguono le pratiche yogiche, stimola il flusso dell’energia attraverso i centri energetici e aiuta ad attivarli.

This workshop is a journey of discovery into the world of the Chakras, the energy centres of our body that control the circulation of prana in our organism.

Each chakra is linked to a specific part of our brain and body, regulating mental, emotional and physical state. Each one is like a switch that turns on patterns of behaviour, thought or emotional reactions that we may even be unaware of in our daily lives.

Each chakra carries within it many potentials that we can awaken and use to live life more fully. Activating and balancing the chakras allows us to bring the inherent characteristics of the chakra itself into our lives, creating balance, well-being and peace.

Focusing on the chakras while performing yogic practices stimulates the flow of energy through the energy centres and helps to activate them.

In this dynamic and powerful flow you will take a journey of the soul through the body.
