ONLINE SABATO 20 Marzo dalle ore 10.30 alle 12.30 Pratica-Mente Yoga: Docente: Sandra Zoppi RELEASE MIOFASCIALE. FORZA, STABILITÀ E CONTROLLO La fascia è il tessuto connettivo che ci tiene uniti, all’interno di essa si accumulano scorie dovute allo stress. La prima parte della lezione sarà dedicata proprio al release miofasciale. Attraverso il metodo kinesi-k® proseguiremo poi con l’esplorazione di alcune asana riguardanti forza, controllo e stabilità di gambe e bacino.

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
